		Group to arrange sounds. This file contains several ornaments as text items
		from NWORN3.TTF, which may include repeat slashes, accents and staccatos
		for clarity if they are obscured by NWC defaults for these (doubled or
		adjacent notes tail up and tail down at the same position) and rests
		where they are larger than chord notes, occur within beams or where one
		of two instruments notated on the same stave is not playing. Turns,
		mordents and other ornaments may also be included.

		The ad libitum Cadenza starting at bar 299 uses Notation, Properties,
		Visbility, Show on printed page, Never. This hides the odd time signatures
		used to fit things in, together with the bar lines and rests on staves
		other than Violino Pr.

		For Yamaha SW1000XG card, Bank 64 (Controller 32) has been chosen for
