Thanks to Fred Nachbaur for his Ghostview suggestion - it works and it's free. Here's another way. Broadgun Software has a neat printer driver called pdfMachine and it saves messing about with the "double conversion" process involved with Ghostview. I recommend it. Go to http://www.broadgun.com
