A useful quick way to beam in groups of four quavers is to temporarily set the time signature to 2/2 or Alla Breve, then use automatic beam (Tools/Automatic Beam). You can then return the time signature to 4/4 or Common time and hey presto -  quavers grouped in fours!  If you have already beamed your notes, you will need to "unbeam" them first.
