NoteWorthy Composer 2 Notation Clip Text

Articles posted to the site pertaining to NoteWorthy Composer 2 can include text clips of staff notation. These text clips can generally be pasted directly into the NoteWorthy Composer 2 application. The notation text clips will look similar to the following box:

When you see a box of notation clip text, you can copy the contents of the text box and paste it directly into the NoteWorthy Composer 2 editor. Most web browsers make this easy:

  1. Right click anywhere in the notation text box
  2. Click Select All (or Ctrl+A)
  3. Right click again and select Copy (or Ctrl+C)
  4. Open NWC2 if it is not already running, and use File, New to start a new work
  5. Click a place on the active staff where you want to paste the notation clip
  6. Select Edit, Paste (or Ctrl+V)

Assuming the clip was constructed correctly, you should now see the notation depicted by the clip text on the staff.
