NWC help file now available in an online version

The help file that accompanies NoteWorthy Composer is now available in an online version. This now allows the site to include links to help file pages when you do a search. For example, a search for "stuck note" now provides relevant links to all sources, including the NWC Help File, FAQ, and Forum areas of the site.
