Problem Downloading Full Install

I need to download the full NWC2 install file… I successfully completed the Enrollment Wizard, but at the last step I receive a ‘page cannot be found’ error when I click on the setup_nwc2_v2p1w.exe link. Also, the file size is shown as [0 KB].

That's strange... I just downloaded the upgrade, and experienced no problems. No 'disk full' problems, I presume? Something must have gone wrong while downloading. If your filesize is 0 bytes, then therein lies your problem.

My word, Rob!... I'm referring to the full installation, not the upgrade. I did not receive a disk full error, but rather a page cannot be found error. It is not my file that has zero length; The zero file length is what is reported on the NoteWorthy download page. There would appear to be nothing to download...

The only thing I looked at was the version number... and that's what I got. ( ...v2p1w.exe ) Worked fine. A strange thing indeed, that the setup file has zero length. Better wait for Noteworthy Online, then... Sorry about the mix-up.

CDon, are you sure you haven't already downloaded and installed the program without realizing it? I don't think you can post to the NWC2 forum without coming to it through NWC2. If you don't, and you continue to find the program won't download, you should email NWC directly at support@noteworthysoftware.com. Sorry that's not a hyperlink, just copy the address into your email.

David, I have installed the latest patch, and you are correct that you cannot post to the forum without the update. I think that I have trashed some of the original files, and I am now trying to download the full setup version instead of the patch. I have done this previously by going through the Enrollment Wizard for NWC2, like a new user to NWC2. Perhaps NoteWorty is no longer allowing this. I'll email support tomorrow if I don't hear from them here...
