This is from the Act I Finale of Lionel Monckton's The Country Girl [1901], just after Marjorie's farewell aria. Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure all the beams/flags ought to be pointing left.

You are correct – it's the same thing that I was pointing out in the Forum.

I thought this new update was supposed to have fixed this?

Hardly a fix, but the problem is not so much fixing them as finding them.
