Never used that tool of theirs, but what does the resulting file contain?

Chances are the file might contain the correct info, but having the wrong extension. I'd suspect it should be <filename>.nwcitree, and Windows, in its almighty wisdom, renamed it for you because it didn't understand the extension. Not saying this is it, but knowing a bit about Windows, it could be.

Try to rename the extension as stated above and try to open it from within NWC, in the appropriate place of course. ;-)

I'm sure NWC will complain if it's not a valid file.

Instructions for using the conversion tool are included in the text of the form.

I'll look into enhancing the conversion result to repeat the save instructions.

The following has been done:

  • I changed the subject of this post to something more useful and descriptive (it used to be "Help!!").

  • The conversion tool has been enhanced such that the conversion result is presented in a text box, and instructions on what to do with the result are included on the page.
