Is there any way to change a note value? For instance, if you see an eighth note or chord in a score, is there an easy way to change that note or chord, for example, to a quarter note?

Thanks in advance.

Yep, just highlight the note/chord you want to change then click on the note value you want up in your toolbar that shows all the notes. (This won't work if a chord has different value notes in it)

Have fun - The Hankster

Or, if you want to change the note value up or down one step, use the numeric keypad + (plus) and - (minus) keys.

Also works on selections containing different note values.
