I ordered this CD last Saturday and they mailed out on Sunday. Today is Thursday, I still did not receive my CD. How long will it take?

Questions about your specific order should be sent to support or sales. In general, if our system indicates that your package shipped on Sunday, then we delivered the product package to our post office on this day. The US Postal Service would presumably start working on the package on Monday. The exact time depends on the US Postal Service. For international deliveries, the local postal service and customs officials play a major part in delivery timeframe.
