Why still not is NWC officially released yet??? WHY? WHY? WHY? Is it because Eric is so mean!!?!? Note the mistakes, by the way... Now I am REALLY waiting for Graham R, that [....]......

Maybe we have to lease it first. Then, after a while, we can re-lease it...
